Prowess Property Rental Services LLC

Prowess Property Rental Services LLC manages short-term rentals, from houses to apartments and condos, across Canada and Florida, with a Naples office line. The company was started by Charlie and Arlene, who have worked in short-term rentals since 2009 from a base in Saskatoon. Owners sign contracts digitally through Docusign and receive free professional photography and a staging consultation before the property is published to booking websites. The team handles guest inquiries, reservations and damage claims, offers 24/7 guest assistance, and coordinates the owner's chosen cleaner so the property is ready on reservation days. Rated 5 from 2 Google reviews, both five stars. Tenant screening verifies inquiries so owners avoid rental scams, and a free ebook is offered to new owners.
