About Eisenberger Home Watch
Eisenberger Home Watch, a division of Eisenberger Home Services, serves Englewood, Cape Haze, Placida, Rotonda West and South Gulf Cove with home watch inspections, concierge services and a home management program for absentee owners. A sister company, Lemon Bay Vacation Rentals, is licensed in Florida as a property management company. A customer review says the team manages a vacation property on Airbnb, VRBO and its own website, and checks the home after each rental and manages cleaning between stays. A key holder service covers 24/7 emergency response, deliveries and letting contractors in. Contractor project management is billed at 20 percent of the job. Rated 5.0 from 8 Google reviews, all five stars. Guests and owners in reviews call the team responsive, and hourly time to find a contractor is billed at $70.
