Erehwon Retreat

Erehwon Retreat is a pair of 1920s Craftsman style vacation homes, a Bungalow and a Cottage, in Tampa's Seminole Heights neighborhood, run by owner Judy Biesen and open to guests since April 2010. The rooms are antique-appointed, with designer linens, smart TVs, streaming and free WiFi that handles Zoom calls, set among century-old trees. The retreat has hosted over 1,400 visitors from 42 nations and holds more than 150 reviews across Airbnb, Google, Vrbo and Booking.com. It has won five consecutive Best of Tampa awards and is licensed under the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation, Division of Hotels and Restaurants. Woman-owned. Rated 5 from four Google reviews, all five stars. The grounds include a pine straw path, and the University of Tampa is nearby.
